There are 4 races south of Denver out of 28 on the ACA Calender. One of them is Big Ring Cross on Saturday Nov. 12. in Parker. If you are tired of driving North of Denver, come on out and support this new venue so we can establish it for years to come. We really do need more CX race venues in the south Metro areas. Support the 'little' guys!

There are sooo many sides to this story that's why I haven't personally chimed in on it.. until now -:)

For me, I don't care about points anymore so USAC can do what they want. Last year Colorado cleaned up at nationals, are they saying they don't want the best in the nation there this year? IMO there is no reason why the 2 can't coexist, USAC could own the big events so the pros can show up and a few others so everyone gets a chance to get points and ACA gets everything else, like 2/3's of the calendar. Those who need points already have 2 license so this comes at no extra costs and for those who don't but love races like North Boulder than an extra $10 won't kill them

Second option if for ACA to exists until the umbrella of USAC and we all pay a local association fee each year of like $40 to help make up the funding loss from USAC. Then everything is status quo except the badges on the officals shirts.

Either way I don't care. I'm disappointed in USAC's methods because I like capitalism, let the best man win in a fair fight by having both associations live together and if USAC is better then they win. To be clear the only method I don't like is the taking points hostage, I don't have a problem with them promoting their own race and using $$ to fund a prize list... We'll take the money.

Try promoting a SPRING CX race in Eagle, talk about taking a beating....but all for the love of the sport, and losing money. Cult Cross still may be resurrected this April, we will see.
